English Speaking Tunisian Club Bloggers Needed!

  • Hello all,

My name is Rami and I am the blogger for the Tunisian national team page at www.worldcupblog.com: http://tunisia.worldcupblog.org/

This is an English website with blogs for many national teams. The blog has a sister site by the name of www.theoffside.com where Houssem has taken over the Etoile du Sahel blog: http://etoile.theoffside.com/

I am opening this subject to see if there are any English speaking fans who would be interested in starting a blog about their favorite Tunisian Club. The only team taken so far is ESS so EST, CA, CSS and any other in the LPI teams are available. This is a great opportunity to improve your writing skills while raising awareness about Tunisian football amongst the English speaking public. The offside was recently rated by The Guardian as one of the "50 most powerful blogs in the world": http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2008/mar/09/blogs

This is your chance to rep your team to the fullest on the international stage.

If you are interested please send an email to daryl@theoffide.com citing what team you would want to write about and explaining why you would be a good choice.

PS. Please do not respond if you plan on creating a blog with lots of "tanbir" and regionalistic hatred. We are looking to foster a community of objective and respectful bloggers who will increase the profile of our football abroad. Criticism is welcome as long as it is justified and logical.

The only real qualification you will need is to be able to write complete and understandable sentences in English and have a passion for the team you support.

If you have any further questions for either myself or Houssem please respond in this subject and we will be happy to help you in any way possible.

Thank you for your time and we look forward to hearing from you!
